DR. RENEE ROWLEY

Dr. Renee Rowley was born in Litchfield, Illinois, and raised in Princeton, Illinois. She attended Saint Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa for a biology major and chemistry minor. She is an active member of the University Band and also played piano.

Dr. Rowley was a member of Phi Sigma Eta and Beta Beta Beta honorary academic societies. After three years of undergraduate study, she was accepted to optometry school early and started school at the University of Missouri St. Louis in 2011. She was on the dean’s list for all four years of study. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2015.

She is married to her husband, who is a nurse at St. Alphonsus. In her free time, she likes to lift weights, hike, and walk the dogs, and often participates in spartan races.
