DR. RYAN NIELSON

Dr. Ryan Nielson was raised in Boise, Idaho, and graduated from Borah High School in 1992. He attended the University of Idaho in 1996 and the Illinois College of Optometry in 2002, where he met his beautiful wife Dr. Ana Nielson. They then moved back to Idaho in 2005 and opened their practice together.

Dr. Nielson is extremely experienced in contact lenses and detecting eye diseases. He is unparalleled in his experience with all of the latest lenses and technology available and how they can benefit you. Dr. Nielson loves to treat difficult and unusual eye conditions and is often able to fit contacts on patients that were told they could never wear them.

Dr. Nielson has over twenty-five years of experience fitting all types of contact lenses: Keratoconus, Toric (Astigmatism) Lenses, Multifocals, Scleral Lenses, and Soft Lenses. He has extensive experience with hard-to-fit eyes.
